For locations without lift access, a stair-carry fee of S$10 per box per flight of stairs applies.
Interdesk Ultra is delivered in 2 boxes, so the stair fee will be calculated based on 2 boxes (e.g., 1 flight = S$20, 2 flights = S$40).

我们的保修范围不包括：
1. 更换 Interdesk™ 产品上任何有缺陷的部件所需的人工。
*更换零件的安装人工费为60新币*
2. 由于产品所用材料的自然变化或产品手工组装，导致产品外观存在轻微缺陷或与商店中发布的图片存在轻微偏差，但不影响产品的功能。
3. 正常磨损，包括但不限于 Interdesk™ 框架和桌面的磨损或劣化。
4. 因修改、变更、误用或未按 Interdesk™ 规定进行维护而造成的缺陷。
5. 因使用、误用或无法使用本产品，或因产品缺陷而导致的间接或附带损害。这包括滥用、疏忽、事故、火灾或水灾、客户运输或其他超出我们控制范围的原因。
6. 由于组装、使用或保养不当，与动物接触，或场地或环境条件（例如高温、高湿、高盐度或污染气体环境）导致 Interdesk™ 的机械和功能出现缺陷；
7. 与水分（包括但不限于因多汗症或与水性或有机溶剂接触等情况）、热降解或已知会导致材料分解的因素接触；
8. 不得在家庭或私人场所以外的任何场合使用；
9. 由于运输过程导致产品与预期存在任何短期偏差（例如，框架腿之间的高度差异），但只要在 Interdesk™ 支持团队的指导下能够迅速解决，则不予受理。
除本保证中明确规定外，INTERDESK™ 排除新加坡 1979 年货物销售法（该法管辖消费品的销售）项下所有明示和默示的保证，但以法律允许的范围为限。
所有产品均享有自交货之日起 3 年的标准保修期。
