InterGlide Vasikos™ is covered by a One (1) Year Limited Warranty.

Components Covered

Interdesk™ warrants against loss of functionality arising from manufacturing defects or material failure under ordinary day-to-day use for:

1. Internal Mechanism and Structural Components

Coverage includes loss of functionality affecting:

  • Internal chair mechanism
  • Main structural skeleton of the chair

Coverage period:

One (1) year from date of receipt of Product.

Warranty coverage applies only to defects arising from normal residential or office use under intended operating conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic deterioration that does not affect functionality
  • Improper assembly
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorised modification or alteration
  • Environmental damage, including moisture exposure, heat exposure, pollutants, or external contaminants
  • Customer-caused transportation damage
  • Commercial misuse outside intended operating conditions
  • Display sets, showroom units, roadshow display units, clearance pieces, or products sold on an “as-is”, “where-is”, ex-display, or display-set basis unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Interdesk™

Filing a Warranty Claim

Customers filing warranty claims may be required to provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Clear photographs or videos evidencing the alleged defect

Interdesk™ reserves the sole right to determine whether repair, replacement, or another commercially reasonable remedy shall apply.
