InterGlide X3™ Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage Period

InterGlide X3™ is covered by a Limited Warranty of up to Five (5) Years, subject to component-specific coverage periods stated below.

Components Covered

1. Gas Piston Assembly

Coverage includes loss of functionality affecting:

  • Gas piston mechanism

Coverage period:

Five (5) years from date of receipt of Product

2. Internal Mechanism and Structural Components

Coverage includes loss of functionality affecting:

  • Internal chair mechanism
  • Main structural skeleton
  • InterArch Pro™ Ergonomic Neck Support

Coverage period:

Two (2) years from date of receipt of Product

3. Functional Ergonomic Components

Coverage includes loss of functionality affecting:

  • InterPad™ Premium Footrest
  • InterDome™ Adjustable Ergonomic Lumbar Support
  • InterShift™ Lateral Seat Adjustment
  • InterLock™ Reclining Mechanism

Coverage period:

Two (2) years from date of receipt of Product

4. Supporting Components and Materials

Coverage includes loss of functionality affecting:

  • Castor mechanism
  • Airmesh™ Fabric
  • Plastic components, including but not limited to adjustment levers and operating controls

Coverage period:

One (1) year from date of receipt of Product.

General Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage applies only to defects arising from normal residential or office use under intended operating conditions.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic deterioration that does not affect functionality
  • Improper assembly
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorised modification or alteration
  • Environmental damage, including moisture exposure, heat exposure, pollutants, or external contaminants
  • Customer-caused transportation damage
  • Commercial misuse outside intended operating conditions
  • Display sets, showroom units, roadshow display units, clearance pieces, or products sold on an “as-is”, “where-is”, ex-display, or display-set basis unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by Interdesk™

Customers filing warranty claims may be required to provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Clear photographs or videos evidencing the alleged defect

Interdesk™ reserves the sole right to determine whether repair, replacement, or another commercially reasonable remedy shall apply.

Replacement components supplied under warranty shall remain covered until expiry of the original applicable warranty period.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty excludes rights which cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Singapore law.

Filing a Warranty Claim

Customers filing warranty claims may be required to provide:

  • Valid proof of purchase
  • Order number
  • Clear photographs or videos evidencing the alleged defect

Interdesk™ reserves the sole right to determine whether repair, replacement, or another commercially reasonable remedy shall apply.
