Every Interdesk™ Custom desk is made to order.
With Interdesk™ Custom, you can customise:
- Tabletop length and width

This ensures your desk fits both your space and usage needs.
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but:

Assembly typically takes 30 minutes for two people.
Interdesk™ Custom is designed to support a clean, organised workspace from the start.
You can choose built-in grommet options during customisation, allowing power and monitor cables to pass neatly through the tabletop instead of running across the surface. This keeps frequently used cables accessible while reducing visual clutter.
For under-desk organisation, Interdesk™ Custom is compatible with cable management accessories such as cable trays and cable spines, which help conceal power strips and route cables cleanly from desk to floor.
Together, these options allow you to create a workspace where cables are discreet, intentional, and easy to maintain—so your desk stays focused on work, not wires.
Ordering & Delivery (Singapore)
Unlike ready-stock desks, Interdesk™ Custom is manufactured only after your order is confirmed.
The process includes:
- Cutting the tabletop to size
- Finishing and curing
- Quality checks
- Final packing and scheduling
This ensures accuracy, finish quality, and long-term durability.
Additional Information:
For locations without lift access, a stair-carry fee of S$10 per box per flight of stairs applies.
Interdesk Custom is delivered in 2 boxes, so the stair fee will be calculated based on 2 box (e.g., 1 flight = S$20, 2 flights = S$40).
Yes. We strongly recommend professional assembly for Interdesk™ Custom.
Our team will:
- Assemble the desk correctly on-site
- Ensure stability and alignment
- Handle heavier or larger tabletops safely
Assembly can be selected during checkout.
Once production has started, changes will not be possible.
We recommend:
- Double-checking dimensions
- Confirming colours and finishes
- Asking questions before confirming payment

Interdesk™ Warranty Terms
Warranty Coverage:
We offer a warranty that covers the following defects in the functionality and manufacturing of your Interdesk™ products:
Defects in the functionality of mechanical parts, including:
Motor and the corresponding adjustment mechanism (including rod mechanism for Classic models).
Defects in the manufacturing of materials that lead to loss of functionality at the time of delivery.
Missing materials from the products at the time of delivery, including but not limited to:
Screws
Bottom castors
Other purchased desk accessories
Any replacement parts, including installation instructions, will be fully provided by Interdesk™. Shipping is not included, and a $12 transport fee will apply for the delivery of replacement parts.
What is Not Covered:
Our warranty does not cover the following:
Labour required to replace defective parts on your Interdesk™ products.
Labour to install the replacement part will be chargeable at $60.
Minor aesthetic defects and deviations from the product images posted in the Stores, or variations in materials or manual assembly that do not affect functionality.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, the wear or degradation of the Interdesk™ frame and tabletop.
Defects caused by modification, alteration, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines set by Interdesk™.
Consequential or incidental damage resulting from use, misuse, or inability to use the product. This includes damage caused by abuse, negligence, accidents, fire, water, transportation by the customer, or any other causes beyond our control.
Defects caused by improper assembly, use, care, contact with animals, or environmental conditions (e.g., high heat, humidity, salinity, or pollutant gases).
Damage caused by moisture, including conditions like hyperhidrosis or contact with aqueous or organic solvents, thermal degradation, or elements known to cause material breakdown.
Use in non-domestic or non-private settings.
Short-term deviations due to shipment processes (e.g., difference in leg height) that can be easily resolved with guidance from Interdesk™.
On-Site Warranty and Support:
We provide an on-site warranty with a $12 transport fee for assessing issues that cannot be rectified through online troubleshooting. If the issue requires an on-site visit, our technician will be dispatched to evaluate and resolve the issue.
Labour Charges: Labour charges for installing replacement parts will vary depending on the part. Please contact customer support via WhatsApp to inquire about the specific charges for your repair needs.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY, INTERDESK™ EXCLUDES ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THE SALE OF GOODS ACT 1979 OF SINGAPORE GOVERNING THE SALE OF CONSUMER GOODS TO THE EXTENT IT IS LAWFUL TO DO SO.
All products come with a standard 3-year warranty from the date of delivery.
